University of Maryland Cambridge Hall Phase II Renovation

Scope of work included the following:

• Patch trenches left by plumbing, concrete from demoed CMU partitions, floors where electrical penetrations were abandoned, floors where plumbing penetrations were abandoned, floors where HVAC penetrations were abandoned
• F&I floor leveling at patched trenches where new flooring is to be installed, equipment pads, temp. shoring for infill of existing slab openings, sump pump pit, new exterior ramps
• Prepare openings to receive concrete infill

Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church Community Development Corporation

Job: 30, 823 gross sq. ft. Community Center

Description: Concept plans have been finalized for a 30,823 gross sq. ft. community center in Baltimore for the Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church Community Development Corporation. It will also be used by the Greater Mondawmin community and the Boys & Girls Clubs of metropolitan Baltimore. A unique feature of the building will be an elevated gymnasium/basketball court accessible from the upper-level classrooms with a 4,400 sq. ft. multipurpose room on the first floor accessible from the daycare center.

Army Corps of Engineers

Job: Independent Delivery Independent Quantity (IDIQ) services for the Army Corps of Engineers/Turner Construction.

Description: VIMG provided a short-fused, quick response for repair, restoration, and minor construction requirements relating to the architectural, site, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, security, and safety areas of Fort Belvoir Community Hospital.
